By using Pump7 Media or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
 

Services
Pump7 Media creates promotional video advertisements for convenience stores and related businesses.
 

Customer Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all submitted logos, product images, pricing, and promotional content.
 

Payment & 30-Day Free Trial
New customers receive a 30-day free trial unless otherwise stated.
At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically begins at the applicable monthly rate unless canceled before the trial ends.
 

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
 

Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle customers to refunds for services already delivered or billing periods already started.
 

Intellectual Property
Pump7 Media retains ownership of its templates, animations, designs, and production methods. Customers receive a license to use completed advertisements for their own business marketing.
 

Limitation of Liability
Pump7 Media is not responsible for sales performance, marketing results, platform outages, or errors in customer-supplied information.
 

Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
